news: some good, some bad.

if you haven't talked to me in a bit, you might not know:
-nick & james came to visit. we sipped beer on the roof, looked at cookbooks, and ate greasy breakfasts at the glimmering nug (pronounced noog). nick decided to jump in the lake and walked home with burning sludge legs. when he left my floor and bathroom were covered in mud.
-work is alright. i'm planning on working 28 hours this semester. i am a glutton for punishment.
-school started. i am taking five classes (14 credits) i am insane for doing this to myself, but i want to graduate so i can design the shit out of some interiors.
-i don't really care about interior design, fyi.
-i might have to move. within the next two weeks. either that or sarah is moving in. andra is moving back to texas. this is a blowout.
-i have a birthday coming up. jeannette & i are planning a tourist party. details to follow, suffice to say: imagine being boozed at every major tourist trap in the city. fun? hellish? no way of telling, except by coming to the party.
-also, we're pretty lazy, so "tourist party" may very easily turn into "sit on the roof like we always do" party
-26 almost, yeesh. if i lived in the victorian times i would already be the spinster lady who ends up having to be a live-in nanny. better work on my english accent. better grow a beard. at least if i had a beard people would say, "oh, no wonder she's single, she has a freakin beard."
