the snow outside today has made my little apartment feel even cozier. the little kitty has been fascinated by the tiny flakes & has set up camp in the window sill to see that she doesn't miss a single one. i'm currently cuddled up on the new sofa in my jammies re-typing my class notes, buying books online, and watching the godfather III. it's a fantastic afternoon.
it's been a week since i got attacked & i'm feeling quite a bit better. my head only hurts a little now, & my pepper spray has given me a new lease on life. sarah is infatuated with hers & has been whining all week that no one has tried to attack her & she hasn't been able to spray anyone yet. maybe she'll get "lucky." (sarah, intoxicated; "it's a good thing i don't have a gun because i would have shot at least one hundred and fifty mo-fos already!")
yes sarah, it is a very good thing.
dekkinga & i agreed that if we carried guns we would somehow end up getting shot by them. (he also agreed, by the way, that he's going to be that old creepy pervert that smiles too much)
enjoy your week, you little jerks.

Me and my old roommates used to play this game a lot, substituting different situations and different groups of acquaintances:
"Okay, if zombies attacked/if we were escaping from Auschwitz/if we're being chased by agents of Homeland Security, and we only have ONE GUN, who would we give it to?"
And I never get the gun during the zombie attack because I'm so afraid of zombies I would just turn it on myself the instant things begin to look suspenseful. I do better with Auschwitz and homeland security.
